When you ask around, including in the medical community, about what the ultimate cause of disease is, you’ll hear about one main culprit: stress.
Insidious, devastating and deadly stress.
To better identify this enemy of health, here are the 3 main types of stresses which are likely to affect you or someone you know, with a few examples.
- heavy metals
- blood sugar levels
- family tragedies
All of those things knock our body out of balance.
Since one of the keys to health is to find our balance in all things, this stress-induced imbalance is a serious health threat to all of us.
Keep in mind that roughly 90% of what takes people to doctors is stress-related illnesses. You’ll likely leave the doctor’s office with every kind of medication which will likely address the symptoms but will almost never target the source of said illness.
Now that you know what to look out for, stresswise, you’re more likely to be able to recognize the threats and liberate yourself of them, using a method of your choosing.
Stress can be positive but in our modern life, it can often be the exact opposite so be mindful of the presence and dangers of it.
